We are delighted to invite you to our upcoming "Creative Career Development" workshop, hosted by China KooP and the International Startup Campus as part of the Born Global Startup Festival. The workshop is designed for Chinese students keen on discovering innovative career paths and entrepreneurial opportunities, particularly in Central Germany.
Workshop Details:
Time: 13-15:30
Location: Technologie- und Innovationspark Jena, Moritz-von-Rohr-Str. 1a
Language: EN/GER (Chinese if needed)
Workshop Overview:
The workshop is crafted to give you a space for idea exchange and assist you in founding and developing a creative career path - a career with a strong focus on the opportunities available in Central Germany and collaborative potentials with China.
The workshop features an engaging session and will focus on how to implement your unique ideas in Germany through cooperation with China. Aim is to analyze ideas you have created during your (PhD) studies that could be formed to a project or to identify gaps in the market and identify Chinese products and innovations that could be successful in Germany and vice versa. An essential component of our workshop is the introduction to the Design Thinking process, a powerful tool for innovation. This user-centric approach begins with empathizing with user needs and challenges, then clearly defining the problem. From there, you will learn to ideate creative solutions, develop prototypes, and test these solutions to refine them into viable products. This structured process not only enhances creative problem-solving skills but also aims to transform abstract ideas into actionable and marketable products, providing a practical framework for initiating successful careers in academia or a company or event build your own startup.
