Our Offer

The International Innovators Award provides a unique opportunity for innovative Vietnamese startups and young SMEs seeking business development abroad. Selected participants will benefit from:

A chance to present their solution, product, or service portfolio to an international jury and potential investors
Training on designing international business models and preparing investor-ready pitches
Participation in the Export Management Advanced Training (valued at EUR 1,200)
A reward for the top winning startup or young SME (founded within the last 10 years), including:
- A business trip to Germany
- Access to office space at Leipzig University
- A travel grant covering flight and travel expenses (up to EUR 1,000)
Opportunities for direct matchmaking with German business partners and customers
On-site product/service validation in Germany
A chance to build long-term international partnerships
Networking opportunities with the Vietnamese community in Leipzig, Germany

Who We’re Looking For:

Dynamic Vietnamese startups and young SMEs with innovative, market-ready products, services, or technologies
Interested in establishing a presence in Germany and/or expanding into the German market
Proficient in English or German (presentations will be conducted in English)
Possessing a can-do attitude, international mindset, and strong capacity for innovation

Application

Applicants are required to submit a short written profile or pitch deck of their start-up or company, including details about their innovative products, solutions, services, or technologies.
The profile / pitch deck should be in PDF format, written in English, and no longer than 10 pages.
It must also include full contact information and answers to the following points:
- Briefly introduce your products, services, or solutions. Highlight their advantages, innovations, and unique selling propositions (USPs).
- Present your business plan and your 5-year vision.
- Explain why you want to internationalize your business in Germany and Europe. Include your business development strategy and action plan for the German market.
- Define the purpose of your potential trip to Germany.
- Describe how the SEPT Competence Center can support your internationalization journey in Germany.

An initial selection will be made by SEPT and its partners based on the quality of submitted applications.
