Das International Startup Office ist ein integraler Bestandteil der universitären Gründungsservices an den Universitäten in Halle, Jena und Leipzig, die gemeinsam den International Startup Campus bilden. Das International Startup Office bietet für internationale Studierende, Promovierende und Startups zahlreiche international ausgerichtete Dienstleistungen an. Neben den etablierten Beratungsleistungen bietet das Team vor allem auch englischsprachige Beratungs- und Qualifizierungsformate, Unterstützung bei der Akquise von Fördermitteln und Finanzierungsprogrammen sowie Möglichkeiten zur Teambildung und Vernetzung mit lokalen und internationalen Akteuren, die für eine erfolgreiche Gründung und Vernetzung benötigt werden. Je nach Phase der Gründung bietet das Team Angebote wie Qualifizierung oder Markterkundungsreisen an. Das Startup Office wird in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Einrichtungen der Universitäten und externen Kooperationspartnern aus Wirtschaft und Wissenschaft organisiert.
